Text message terms
Last updated
Businesses that use Telani can send text messages to people who have given them a phone number and agreed to receive texts. These terms explain how those messages work. Telani is a service of ASL Information Services Private Limited.
What you'll receive
Messages from the business that texts you: booking confirmations and reminders, details you ask for during a call, replies to your messages, follow-ups after you ask the business to contact you (for example through a web form), announcements the business sends to people on its list, and links to forms it asks you to fill in.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
How to stop
Reply STOP to any message to stop texts from that business. Your number goes on the business's do-not-call list straight away, and Telani will not text or call it for that business again. You can also ask the business directly not to contact you.
