Questions about prices.
Do I need to talk to anyone to sign up?
No. Pick your business type, create an account and go live the same day on the Free plan, with 100 minutes a month. When you're ready for Pro, Business or Scale, our team switches on your plan. Enterprise is set up with us.
What happens when the minutes run out?
New calls are refused until the 1st of the next month, or until our team raises your plan. There are no overage charges: calls stop at the limit. We email you when you've used 80% of your minutes, and again at 100%.
What's in Enterprise?
Custom terms, higher limits and help with setup. Write to us and we'll set it up.
Are the audit trail and retention controls extra?
No. Every plan has the audit trail of who opened which call, and retention and deletion controls.
